Cutie - 24th
This little guy is too cute and has grown sooo much since I last saw him. He was showing off racing around with his trolley last night - so close to walking!

Day 23
Lovely catch up with beautiful girls! We even discovered one of the biggest secrets for an exciting life!

A frog?! Day 19
I've never seen a frog in NZ at all! Maybe all the rain and muggy weather made this little guy appear. He was outside the McIvor's front door this morning.

Day Twelve
Had a quick stop in Tirau on the way back from Rotorua today. It's a cute little corrugated iron town in the South Waikato.

Cool date today! But that's just an aside...
It was an awesome day out at Lake Whakamaru Camp. Had the windows down in the car on the way home and was 'arm surfing' (??) This photo isn't that artistic or anything but I just liked the feeling of the wind moving my hand up and down.

The 10th
Mint night down at some lake in Rotorua. Perfect time for a swim and we had the whole place to ourselves!
Just as we were leaving I snapped this photo. I think the reflection is amazing in this picture. Makes me think about the way we reflect Christ in our lives. I need to try and make Christ's reflection off me much clearer!

Three - Symmetry
While staying with a lovely family in Palmerston North I used a quilt on their couch in the lounge. It was a rag quilt and I thought it looked so cool and was so warm. I've never made a quilt but I was determined to make one for myself.
I loved working out the pattern for it and choosing the colours. Realised I love symmetry!

Finished the quilt now, I took this photo while I was working on it.
Day Two
I love Muriwai beach! One of my fav places to go and hang out in Auckland. I love walking along the beach and reading, thinking and praying there. I took Alastair and Mike out there and enjoyed the sunshine. We saw a camera crew out there filming the life guards for a tv show. What a great job they do watching over so many people as they enjoy the water.
A Photo a Day for a Year
I'm going to join the ranks of people who have taken a photo a day for a year.
Photography is something I love so it should be a good challenge!
Here is day 1! Taken just after midnight on New Years Day 2011! I hung with my friend Alastair and his brother Michael. We first met on my trip to Fiji in 2008, doesn't seem like that long ago.
